Treatment Approach
Each patient receives a thorough Ayurvedic Prakriti assessment alongside modern diagnostic blood tests (liver enzymes, thyroid, HbA1c, IgE allergy panel). The root imbalance - whether Pitta-excess (inflammatory), Kapha-excess (cystic, oily), or Vata-excess (dry, cracked) - guides the therapeutic plan. Raktamokshan (blood purification), Virechana (purgation), and targeted Lepam (herbal pastes) cleanse the skin at the cellular level. Ayurvedic blood-purifying herbs (Neem, Manjistha, Khadira, Sariva) are combined with external applications (Kumkumadi tailam, Eladi churna). A customised anti-inflammatory diet eliminates trigger foods and heals the gut-skin axis.
